Susan Crosbie was born in Lake Tahoe, Nevada and is a lifelong resident of Nevada.  Ms. Crosbie has been involved in real estate acquisition, construction, development and management for more than 25 years.  Prior to joining J.A. Kennedy Real Estate Company, Ms. Crosbie’s experience included strategic acquisition; entitlement processing; master planning and development; design and construction; project management; tenant improvements and space planning for both private and publicly held companies.  As Development Manager of J.A. Kennedy Development Company, Ms. Crosbie is responsible for real estate development, construction and entitlements of the Company’s real estate portfolio.  In addition, Ms. Crosbie successfully directed the development of the Fills convenience stores.  Ms. Crosbie is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
