Ms. Noall joined J.A. Kennedy Real Estate Company as General Counsel in January 2007.  Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Noall worked at the law firm of Gordon & Silver, Ltd., first as an associate from 1994 through 2001 and then as a shareholder from 2002 until 2007.  At Gordon & Silver, Ms. Noall represented real estate developers on all aspects of commercial, condominium and mixed-use developments, including acquisition, financing, development, sales and leasing.  Ms. Noall also has experience structuring and working with different joint venture entities, partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies to accomplish development and business goals.  In addition to working with new developments, ventures and projects, she advised clients regarding operational matters; land and business purchases and sales; loan transactions for both lenders and borrowers; and bankruptcy and restructuring issues.  Ms. Noall graduated from Loyola University, New Orleans in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Political Science and from Loyola University School of Law, New Orleans in 1994.  She is a member of the Nevada State Bar Association, the Clark County Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Ms. Noall has strong roots in Southern Nevada and has seen and experienced first-hand the tremendous growth of Clark County starting with her father’s assignment at Nellis Air Force Base from 1969-1973, the family’s return to Las Vegas in 1978 through her graduation from Bonanza High School in Las Vegas in 1985 and then her return to Las Vegas after law school in 1994.
